Things I have
~ Five cavities. A handful of holes in my teeth. They coincide perfectly with the areas where I should be flossing but always forget to. I will now become a regular flosser.
~ A new tennis racket. I've been hitting the courts regularly this summer and I realized that I was being held back by old, oversized and lose-strung racket. $100 later.... TENNIS PRO! (almost) (ok not really)
~ A new road bike. After spending months trying to fix up an old Raleigh, I discovered that the bottom bracket is stripped and the crank will forever wobble. Unsatisfactory. So yesterday I went down to the local bike junk yard and found me a winner: it's all black, the right size, and has a working bottom bracket. Now all I have to do is take all the good stuff that I put on the Raleigh and put it on the new Sekai (oooooh foreign).
~ A clean apartment. I cleaned today.
~ New climbing gear. I bought a new rope and 1" cam. Super cool! I like things that save my life while I put it in danger.
~ A futon that is starting to feel thin. Hmmmmm.... it may be time to employ it as a couch and get a new mattress.
~ Enough friends to fill a table, eat a whole pack of spaghetti, a jar of sauce, a pound of meat, a loaf of bread, and then play a few rounds of Uno. What more could I need?
Ike - who only won one game. Solomente uno.

I am upping my requests for the next time I visit to not just a game of tennis, but also pasta and games of Uno.
