When did August happen?
Now I feel like I've done something this summer: I took a car full of out-of-towners up Mt Pilchuck on Saturday. The German, the Californian, The North Carolinian, and even the Brit made it all the way to the top. The weather was hot, there were way too many people, we made it up qiuckly, and the view was amazing as usual. And what better way to end a sweaty hike than to jump into a cold river?
After that we decided that we wanted to eat cow flesh--good cow flesh, not hamburgers--so we went to the Outback Steakhouse. Mmmm I love steak!
And now it's monday again, but this time I feel like I actually did something worthwhile on my 24 hour T.O. (Photo evidence is on the way.)
In other news, I have to bother Edmonds CC because they haven't sent my transcripts up to Western yet. Communists! And Western won't give me a place to live until they get my transcripts and verify that I will be a student. Communists! But I'm not worried; everything will work out. Unless the Communists win...
Don't let the communists win,
Rocky
